Julia joined our Arigato Living Community team as a Community Manager and has taken the reigns of communication with our moderators/leaders and members, and has created structures, events, and systems to further the interests and performance of the community.

Julia is an energetic and passionate team member who approaches her work with dedication and skill. Since working with us she has planned and run numerous regular calls with the community, including networking calls, leadership meetings, as well as a full program of calls and events during our August Anniversary month/Open House.

She has written copy for a number of emails and promotional landing pages, both for affiliate promotions, internal projects, and Arigato Living Community promotions and communications.

She has served as the primary communication hub for all members and leaders in the community, and worked to help us increase membership by proposing and implementing new ideas.

Our leadership team, in particular has become more engaged and excited since Julia has been working with us, particularly after the Anniversary month. She also helped us increase membership with the Open House by 15.36% in the past 7
weeks.

I met Julia Schneider when I joined the online Arigato Living Community, in january 2023. She was a leader in the community.

We had a first interview where I shared about my journey and the why to join the community. Julia was very engaging, seeking to understand her guest, and leading the conversation a very kind way.

Then she became manager of the leaders of the community. At that time I did my best to understand how the community works and how to contribute, with my presence and skills.

What I appreciated the most in Julia is her capability to project the community in new dynamics, like creating a newsletter, a collective book, or a community anniversary's week event.

All the initiatives where community-focused.

We made links around a common vision of creating earth-based projects, retreat centers giving the opportunity to connect with Nature, in my case with a parenting purpose, Julia with a enjoying life purpose.

We also shared thoughts around the future of the community, around how to articulate things in order to achieve the common goal of supporting each other in our paths of happiness & financial success.

Julia is a very valuable leader for a community, as she is gifted to envision the future of the group, taking actions on that vision, never putting herself first in the process, but the contrary, serving the collective, while knowing when to make some break and relax, especially in nature.

Julia Schneider was the Community Manager for Arigato Living Community (ALC), which I have been a community leader since its inception in the summer of 2021.  

She was an inspirational leader, even before assuming the community manager role in 2022, organizing a summit for the ALC for the members as well as to increase the community membership inviting new people.  

She is an engaging person with many skills, not only community organization, but also leadership, public speaking, intuitive art facilitation, etc.  

I was fortunate to have her teaching in public speaking, which led me to speak on camera in front of many people around the world for the first time at the ALC summit in 2022 and 2023.  

Without her enthusiasm and encouragement, I would not be here today, with my partner facilitator to continue serving the ALC members to find their passions through the passion test.

Joining self-help courses and webinars is my hobby! I have attended a paid course/workshop/coaching almost every month of 2022.
